Staff was LOVELY and we appreciated our stay. The room was upgraded. In addition, free parking was available. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Meat & Liquor that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Perfect location to New Plymouth airport, just 20 minutes by car. Ozone coffee roasters nz, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel
